responda: The only problem with the aftermarket filter that goes in the ball is the red clip sometimes does not attach properly and when vacuuming it comes loose and locks up the ball from rolling. You have to turn off the machine, reattach clip and continue vacuuming. Both filters work very good for the money. -

responda: The filter kit does not contain a crevice tool. The original vacuum does include a crevice tool with a sliding brush. -

responda: You have to line up the filter exact. However, it should not take more than 5 min. Perhaps is wrong filter/size ? Contact seller. -
