This product is a plug and play signature pad that some customers found easy to set up, while others had trouble getting it to work properly. It seems to be temperamental, with some customers having to change ports or unplug and replug to get it to work. One user had trouble using it to sign emails, while another expected it to display the signature on the input pad. The longevity of the product seems to be an issue with some customers reporting that the wire gave out at the connection near the USB after about a year of use. However, one customer reinforced the wire to hopefully make it last longer than a year. Customer service was helpful to one user who had trouble getting it to work. Overall, the product seems to work well when it works, but it has its faults.
