Nutritionist's Take
SOYA Lecithin is a phospholipid derived from soybeans and is commonly used as an emulsifier in food products. Nutritionally, it's rich in choline, which is essential for brain health and cell membrane integrity. It also offers potential benefits such as supporting heart health and reducing cholesterol levels. However, consumers should be cautious of the quality of soy used, as much of it is genetically modified (GM). Additionally, while lecithin is generally safe, overconsumption may lead to gastrointestinal issues in some individuals. Overall, SOYA Lecithin can be beneficial for those seeking to enhance their nutrient intake, particularly vegans and vegetarians needing choline, but it's essential to source high-quality, non-GMO varieties. Thus, while it can be a healthy addition to a balanced diet, moderation and ingredient sourcing are key considerations.

While some have had positive experiences and found the product to be effective for their needs, others have expressed their dissatisfaction. One customer highlighted that the product worked well for fixing curdled buttercream. They were pleased with the result and thanked the product for resolving their issue. Another customer mentioned that they used it to make a vegan spread and were happy with the outcome. However, there were also negative reviews. One customer mentioned that the product is not food grade and recommended avoiding it. Another customer expressed disappointment, stating that they were unable to melt the lecithin and thus unable to use it. They described it as more of a "very chewy gum." Overall, the reception of the SOYA Lecithin - 100G is mixed. While it has worked well for some customers, others have had difficulties with it, particularly in terms of its usability and food-grade quality.
