Did they ever fix the focus issue, or do I need to refocus with a razor blade?
responda: Mine worked great out of the box! My project required me to adjust the focus however so I used a small flat head screw driver. Later I found a focus tool included in the box which would have been nice but not necessary. Once you find the focus setting you like dab a little bit of super glue on the edg -

responda: The sensor is capable of 1080p60, but the Pi itself will max out processing 1080p30. Shoot, technically the sensor is capable of 4k video, so here's looking forward to the Pi5 that can handle that too, down the road! :D -

responda: Yes, although you’ll need an adapter due to the port on the Pi 0 W being smaller. -

responda: Its the same as the raspberry pi 2.5mm but you can drill out to more common 3mm. -

However, some reviewers had trouble with the camera not powering up, and others complained about the shipping box being in poor condition and the camera appearing pre-used. There have been mixed experiences with the camera, with some reviewers being satisfied, others not so much.
