Nutritionist's Take
Bloom Creatine Monohydrate Gummies offer a convenient way to supplement creatine for workout enhancement and muscle support. Each serving provides 5g of creatine, which is clinically supported for improving strength, muscle mass, and possibly cognitive function. The sugar-free, gluten-free, and Non-GMO aspects make it appealing for those with dietary restrictions. However, while gummies are a more palatable alternative to powder, they may contain additives for texture and flavor that some consumers may wish to avoid. Additionally, the efficacy of creatine is best realized over time and with proper dosing. Overall, this product can be a healthy choice for active individuals seeking an easy-to-consume creatine supplement but should be balanced with a comprehensive diet and exercise regimen.
Bloom Nutrition Creatine Editorial Review
**** The reception of these creatine gummies is decidedly mixed among customers. Some users appreciate the quality and effectiveness of the product, noting that it enhances their workout experience. These Consumers often find the taste acceptable, if not overly enjoyable, describing it as manageable with a faint raspberry flavor. They also mention that the texture, while somewhat chalky, aligns with their expectations for a creatine supplement. Conversely, a significant number of reviewers express strong dissatisfaction with the taste and texture. Many describe the flavor as unpleasant, with some comparing it to being overly sweet or artificial, leading to a negative overall experience. The texture is frequently referred to as chalky, which further detracts from the enjoyment of the product. A few individuals who generally like the brand's other offerings are disheartened by the gummies, labeling them as "disgusting" and stating that they would not repurchase. Overall, while there is a segment of users who find the product effective and reasonably tasty, there remains a Considerable group who cannot get past the off-putting taste and texture. Additionally, the pricing has received criticism due to the limited number of servings, leading some customers to conclude that it doesn't offer good value. **
