Resposta: Short answer is Yes. But how big is your decking, how dirty, etc. All pressure washers will clean decking, patio's etc, but the more powerful ones will do it faster. I did a large crazy-paving patio last year with this machine. It had not been cleaned for 30 + years, and it took a long time, but did an excellent job. In places it broke out the grouting between slabs, showing its power is considerable when in a concentrated jet. -

Resposta: Your washer needs to be fully set up everything connected and water turned on. Pull the trigger, then everything will work. P.S. have you checked the Fuse. Hope this Helps you. -
