responda: Glad to see someone else had this problem! I wonder if it's either a fake product or a bad batch! Don't try to wash it - reactivates the paint, don't try to sand it, it's grim. I have had to paint over it with 'peel stop' which has sealed it and now have to repaint. Nightmare.
